The comprehensive solution that ERS provides includes recruiting nurses in Ethiopia, interviewing them, evaluating their credentials, training them for preparation for the NCLEX testing, and, once qualified, placing them in the employment of hospitals, medical centers, nursing facilities, home care operations, and other healthcare facilities with nursing needs.
The nursing curriculum in Ethiopia is on par with U.S. standards. The NCLEX preparation program in Ethiopia ensures that all nurses that ERS recruits are highly qualified and will be able to perform admirably in healthcare facilities in the U.S. NCLEX is a nationwide examination for the licensing of nurses in the United States. Passing the NCLEX after having a year of nursing school from an accredited school provides the test-taker with a nursing license that gives them the permission to practice nursing, granted by the state where they met the requirements. NCLEX examinations are designed to test the knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for the safe and effective practice of nursing at the entry level. There are two types of NCLEX exams –the NCLEX-RN (for registered nurses), and the NCLEX-PN for vocational or practical nurses.
